Join us on Friday, November 7, 2025 at the Marines’ Memorial Club in San Francisco to celebrate Veterans’ Day at our 8th Annual Fall Gala “Vets 2.0 Beyond the Transition.”
The evening will commence with an open bar cocktail reception and silent auction. Our leading sponsors, host committee, and special guests will join us at an exclusive VIP cocktail reception.
The gala will also feature an exquisite dinner with entertainment, awards, and a live auction, followed by two hours of open bar as we celebrate our service members and gala attendees.

Sara Donchey
News Anchor at CBS/KPIX
Sara Donchey has returned to where it all began. After college, Sara worked as a production assistant for KPIX and now she has returned to the station to anchor the 11 p.m. newscast.
She comes to KPIX after spending several years being a reporter and anchor for CBS2 and KCAL9.
Born and raised in Los Angeles County, Sara earned a degree in Print and Online Journalism from San Francisco State University. During her time there, she contributed to the student-run publication, Golden Gate Xpress. She also worked as both the Online Managing Editor and the Editorial Cartoonist for the paper, in addition to penning news and sports reports.
After college and her stint at KPIX, Sara relocated to South Texas to work as a multimedia journalist for KRIS-TV and KZTV, a duopoly station in Corpus Christi. She reported for the evening newscasts and anchored the station's weekend evening shows.
In 2015, Sara moved to Houston to work as an anchor and reporter for KPRC-TV, where she anchored the station's 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. broadcasts. During her time at KPRC, Sara traveled the country to cover two Super Bowls, the 2016 Dallas Police shooting and the San Bernardino terror attack. She also anchored wall-to-wall breaking news coverage during Hurricane Harvey, traveled to Mexico to cover the NFL, and went with MLB star Carlos Correa to his hometown in Puerto Rico.

Chuck Todd is a renowned political analyst and host of The ChuckToddCast, a weekly podcast offering in-depth interviews with political figures and experts. A six-time Emmy® Award-winner, Todd was NBC News’s chief Political Analyst and moderator of Meet the Press from 2014 to 2023. He also hosted Meet the Press NOW, a daily show on NBC News NOW, bringing timely political analysis to a digital audience.
Known for his sharp insight and encyclopedic knowledge of politics, Todd has co-moderated multiple presidential debates, including the record-breaking 2019 and 2020 Democratic debates. He previously served as NBC News’s chief White House Correspondent and hosted The Daily Rundown on MSNBC.
Todd is the author of two books and has contributed to The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Atlantic. He teaches how Washington works as the inaugural Scholar-in-Residence for The University of Southern California’s Capital Campus, in Washington, D.C.. Todd resides in Arlington, VA, with his wife, Kristian, and their two children.
