An experienced leader and corporate, global inclusion champion, Ashley Siegel leads The Walt Disney Company's Outreach and Engagement strategy including the development and implementation for all key markets with focuses on New York City, the Bay Area, and Europe. Working at the intersection of Disney's Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion centers of excellence, Ashley brings the invaluable experience of building extensive grassroots inclusion initiatives to scale combined with unrivaled knowledge of the streaming media operations landscape from nearly a decade hiring and leading global teams.

Since the MLBAM and BAMTECH Media split in 2015, Ashley's passion for diversity, inclusion, and equity in the workplace has led to dedicating herself and her time to those efforts both within and outside of the company. Acting as the D&I lead for Disney Streaming Services since the acquisition of BAMTECH Media by The Walt Disney Company, Ashley spearheaded D&I efforts starting with the formation of seven Business Employee Resource Groups and governing D&I Councils. At present, Ashley leads the DSS Diversity Council at a leadership level, launched and advises regional councils in New York, San Francisco, and Europe, and serves as advisor and co-lead for BERGs across the Enterprise.

In her latest role, Ashley continues to work on new and exciting global DE+I initiatives in areas related to women's equality and leadership, gender inclusion, race relations, accessibility for all, and religious diversity among many others. Her team's partnerships encourage community engagement through their work with organizations comprised of AnitaBorg Institute and the Grace Hopper Celebration, Girls Who Code, Out in Tech, AfroTech, Vets in Tech, and more. Ashley operates on the knowledge that bringing one's whole self to work is not only empowering for the employee but extremely beneficial and essential for success in business.

Before joining Disney at the Enterprise level, Ashley spent the first decade of her career as part of the team operating and overseeing the streaming operations of various partners of MLBAM, BAMTECH Media, and most recently Disney Streaming. As the company's name and ownership changed, Ashley remained a constant, rising through the ranks from entry level operator to manager of a global team. Ashley and her team have run the operations for partners and events including, but not limited to Hulu, PlayStation Vue, the WWE Network, Twitter, PGA Tour Live, the NFL's Thursday Night Football, Fox Sports Go, March Madness Live, Obama for America, and more.
