Lytx’s services and programs assist in driver safety, risk detection, fleet tracking, compliance and fuel management.

Prior to Lytx, David was CEO of Derive Systems. Derive optimizes the way vehicles behave through software that allows them to automatically adjust based on individual requirements and preferences. David also co-founded TestDrive, a custom software for automotive dealerships. His other leadership roles include heading automotive parts and accessories for eBay Motors and consulting for Bain & Company.

David served as Captain in the U.S. Air Force, received a Master in Business Administration in finance from The Wharton School, a Master of Science from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy.
