Couchbase Cares and so do I. I have passion for making a difference in the lives and careers of our nation's greatest natural resource - veterans and their families. I helped start and still serve as a Board Member at VetsinTech (vetsintech.co) to drive the mission forward. I also care deeply about connecting talent in search of careers in Silicon Valley with employers in need of talent. Serving on the NOVA Workforce Board (novaworks.org) for more than 9 years while currently serving as Board Co-Chair. As a Karat Advisor since 2014, it has been my pleasure to see the future of talent assessment and talent data.
