Currently, I lead LinkedIn's Military and Veteran Social Impact and Recruiting Programs. I wake up each day excited to mobilize LinkedIn's resources to support the military community and make LinkedIn the #1 employer of choice for the military community in tech. I do this by creating and driving the strategic vision of community first programs that foster belonging.

As a serial failure and imposter syndrome survivor, I hone resiliency through lifelong learning, seeking feedback, and ongoing introspection. I'm continuing my education to learn how to use technology to scale my efforts to erode the barriers to equitable opportunities for underrepresented communities, military veterans, and their families.
