Laura is the Vice President of Operations Transformation for Comcast Business. She is responsible for transformational and technical initiatives across Comcast Business Care, Service Assurance, Product Support, Technical Operations and Order Management with focus on Strategy, Process, Product and System changes. Laura is the Vice President of Operations Transformation for Comcast Business. She is responsible for transformational and technical initiatives across Comcast Business Care, Service Assurance, Product Support, Technical Operations and Order Management with focus on Strategy, Process, Product and System changes. During her 8.5 years with Comcast, she's also held executive roles in Technology & Product and National Technical Operations.

Prior to Comcast, she was the COO for Wells Fargo Auto Finance. During her 9 years at Wells, she was responsible for underwriting, funding, billing, customer service and channel management. She also managed the EPMO, Process Improvement, Analytics, Fraud, Compliance/Governance and Facility Strategies. Laura also worked for GE as a certified Six Sigma/Lean Master Black Belt. She was also a Director of Operations for Cardinal Health where she ran a multi-million dollar pharmaceutical distribution center. Laura began her career as a US Army Engineer officer. She graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a BS in Systems Engineering and earned an MA from Webster University in Management.

Laura is an inspirational and innovative leader and has led diverse, cross-functional teams with drastic transformational changes. She's led 5 successful business integration efforts throughout her career, including the Wells Fargo Auto Finance/Wachovia merger. She drives strategic and tactical problem solving, collaboration, creativity and promotes a culture of continuous improvement.

Laura is a graduate of the WICT Betsy Magness Leadership program and the TUCK Executive Leadership Program.

Laura resides in West Chester, PA with her husband, Jim, of almost 29 years. Her daughter, Madi, is a law student at Drexel University. Laura is a long-distance international runner having completed 45 full and 36 half marathons. She is in the process of completing a marathon in all 50 states. She also enjoys traveling, gardening, attending sporting events (Go Birds!), boating and home organizing/decorating.
