Wesley grew up in West Africa and later graduated in Boston MA. with a BSEE. My mission has been to ensure that every CEO, founder or entrepreneur's journey is never a lonely one. I started Fruition Tech Labs after an 20+ year career in Business Development, Marketing and Sales within technology companies based in Boston and Silicon Valley. My career took me to Asia, Europe, Canada, South America and throughout the USA, as my key roles were to develop new markets for newly developed tech-based products, covering over 10 industry segments. Internally I supported 3 global divisions in marketing and product development, Asia, Europe and The Americas. From my years of experience in "Corporate", I learned the vital importance having a simple and clear process to successfully take an idea from concept to launch while keeping the focus on the people from hence the idea has purpose.

Wesley has discovered through numerous research and experience that the core strength for a sustainable tech product lies in the values, mission and the vision of the company and its founders. Purpose driven business' are known to be highly competitive, very profitable, and boast of engaging loyalty and commitment from employees and customers.
