I am currently a co-founder of the Academy Investor Network (AIN), a seed-stage venture fund and investment syndicate of graduates from the U.S. military service academies and the Deputy Director at the Common Mission Project.

Before these roles, I founded and led a military veteran-focused incubator called Capitol Post that advised hundreds of startups to leverage the region's strong business and startup community. Capitol Post drew upon my positive experiences at a successful startup technology firm serving the federal government.

I hold an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point. After graduating from West Point right after 9/11, I was commissioned as a U.S. Army military police officer and deployed in support of Operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, and Noble Eagle. I am also the proud mother of three kids who keep me on my toes and are always one step ahead of me!
